Terms of delivery

The delivery of products made by TDF for the Fairies Workshop site is accomplished electronically. We proceed to send your product (s) by email after verifying the various information concerning you (age, majority, etc.) and after validation of the payment by our partners and suppliers of payment solutions. From then on we proceed to send your products. Note that you must have a valid and accessible email address capable of receiving our mailings. You must also have sufficient capacity in terms of memory to receive them. We advise you to look in your box for "spam" or "unwanted" or possibly "promotion" if necessary if you think you have not received your product. Your products are generally delivered within 24 or 48 hours If, however, you think you have not received the product you ordered, do not hesitate to let us know by writing to us either on the contact form on the site or at following address specifying in subject the subject of your request so that it is dealt with as soon as possible:
